The current version of the game is running Ren'Py version 7.4 which uses Python version 2.7. Python v2.7 has reached end-of-life which may be why some Win10/11 machines have issues running it.
The next version of the game has already been ported over into the most recent version of Ren'Py 8.0+ and is now using Python 3. So in the next release this issue should resolve itself if you wish to wait.
In the interim, if you are still having issues you can try running the game in compatibility mode and/or check to see if you have any 3rd party antivirus software accidentally blocking it since it is technically using an unsupported version of Python.
Holy shit it's awesome! This is the game I never knew I need. It's so fun seeing familiar characters throughout the game. If it weren't for the copyrighted characters, this game could easily be sold for $20 or even more.

So the 2 hour estimate is an average based off a small sample of my Beta Testers that I had asked to time themselves when they played through the whole game from the start of Day 1 to the end of Day 2. This also includes the time spent loading a prior save in order to unlock all the scenes in "Kana's Memories." Granted, some people read faster than others so I understand that everyone's mileage may vary. The average did not include players that used the skip function for some of the dialogue and mini-games.

I do plan on adding more interactions with Kana and the nurse in school, some of which is already in progress for Day 3. As for some of the behavioral mechanics you are suggesting, this is very interesting but I'm not sure if I will be able to make their interactions that in depth. This being still my first (and somewhat large) game project, I plan to still keep it a pseudo-kinetic visual novel with player choices that will affect some scenes, with the main one being the ending scene. The only choices that are currently being tracked are ones with the Angel and Devil emojis.
For your other question on the Ichika Train Station scene. The choice you selected at the beginning "encourage masochism (Good)" or "deny masochism (Bad)" is the choice that is recorded and saved. In phase 4 of the vibrator climax scene, I added the option for the paddle punishment just so players could see both scenes in one run-through. I did not do the reverse since I couldn't find a good way to transition from Paddle scene -> vibrator scene, but vibrator scene -> Paddle scene was the more feasible option to implement since it didn't require generating more assets or significant code changes.
Anyways, thanks again for all the suggestions! I'll take them into consideration and use them as inspiration for future content.

I do plan on adding more interactions with Kana and the nurse in school, some of which is already in progress for Day 3. As for some of the behavioral mechanics you are suggesting, this is very interesting but I'm not sure if I will be able to make their interactions that in depth. This being still my first (and somewhat large) game project, I plan to still keep it a pseudo-kinetic visual novel with player choices that will affect some scenes, with the main one being the ending scene. The only choices that are currently being tracked are ones with the Angel and Devil emojis.
For your other question on the Ichika Train Station scene. The choice you selected at the beginning "encourage masochism (Good)" or "deny masochism (Bad)" is the choice that is recorded and saved. In phase 4 of the vibrator climax scene, I added the option for the paddle punishment just so players could see both scenes in one run-through. I did not do the reverse since I couldn't find a good way to transition from Paddle scene -> vibrator scene, but vibrator scene -> Paddle scene was the more feasible option to implement since it didn't require generating more assets or significant code changes.
